Foreign companies in Denmark grow faster and raise standards
A new survey shows that foreign companies tend to grow faster than Danish companies and on average are more effective than Danish companies.
A new survey undertaken by Statistics Denmark, the American Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, Copenhagen Capacity and Invest in Denmark, shows that foreign companies now employ 19% of the private sector workforce in Denmark and account for 24% of the revenues generated by the private sector. And that is good for the overall quality of the Danish workforce, opines Copenhagen Capacity's managing director Steen Donner in an article in financial daily newspaper Borsen.
